John Shuck blends the skill and insight of a senior consultant with the perspective of an experienced line manager. John was a partner in the banking and insurance practices of McKinsey & Company in New York and in Scandinavia, where he led the financial institutions group. John left McKinsey to join the Zurich Financial Services Group, where he held a number of senior executive operating positions, including CEO of Zurich Payroll Solutions, a private equity investment in the payroll services business. After Zurich, John led the financial services practice group at Everest Group, a boutique consulting firm focused on advising major corporations regarding significant outsourcing transactions. John was also the COO for Sterling Stamos Capital Management, a hedge fund with over $8 billion in assets under management.

John is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Amherst College and has JD and MBA degrees from the University of Chicago Law School and Business School.
